International Shipping (to Europe and MENA)

  1. Delivery/Shipping prices may vary from a Country to the other according to distance.
  2. Shipping to Europe and MENA can take 5-10 working days (days spent inside customs may vary from a country to the other, but once your order arrives to your country, the courier service informs you at once)

Tracking your order:

  1. Once your order is sent to the courier, we inform you immediately with the tracking information needed

Note:

  1. We are not responsible for customs and taxes costs, as it varies from one country to the other
  2. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping and personal information, any mistakes in giving out an incorrect address or missing information makes your package spend more time in customs, or gets sent back to us. We can only provide two delivery trials, more delivery trials will rest in more charges that the customer will be held responsible for.

 

Returns & Exchange:

  1. Items can be returned within 14 days of the day of shipping and items must be unused and undamaged,  in their original packaging and with their tags still attached
  2. For National Order: Clothing and Footwear can only be returned to the courier  who will kindly wait for you to try it and make sure it fits you, that’s because no tags will be attached to the items, we aim for no waste! 
  3. For international orders, if you would like to return your order, please send us an email and we will help you return the item.
  4. We deduct the return shipping costs from the item returned
  5. In case of receiving a wrong or faulty product, the return shipping is free of charge
