Thank you for shopping with us. We value your satisfaction and aim to make returns and exchanges as simple and transparent as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return your order within 14 days of the shipping date, provided that items are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.
Returns – Europe
Returns are sent to our warehouse in Germany. Return shipping is covered in the following cases:
- Incorrect product sent: We cover return and reshipment, with our apologies.
- Unfit size or style: You may exchange the item (you cover return shipping) or request a refund (we deduct two-way shipping costs).
- Quality issue: We cover the full return cost.

International Returns
- Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
- Faulty or incorrect items: Return is free of charge.

Delivery & Shipping
Europe & MENA: 5–10 working days. Worldwide: 1–2 weeks. Shipping times may vary due to customs. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

- Ensure your shipping details are correct. Incorrect or incomplete info may cause delays or returns.
- We allow two delivery attempts. Additional attempts may incur extra charges.
